I'd say after three weeks he'd have at least started organising the shape of the back four, seven goals in three games against what, they're still all over the place
That said Zabaleta looks flaky in a shit side like us, Ogbonna is a liability and Reid's better days look behind me, that leaves Cresswell who despite his experience still doesn't seem capable of stopping a cross
I'd do what GG did at Arsenal and tie a fucking rope around their waists connecting all the cunts 20 yards apart so they can at least learn where they're supposed to be

Darby - so how do you explain the upturn in Crystal Palace's form?? or leicester?
he's had approx 4 weeks with the squad and made zero impact........... if anything we've got worse.
as stated below, at least with Bilic we had some leads to throw away. we've scored one scrappy goal under Moyes.

So if nothing has changed, and the players are STILL not doing their jobs, then its not the managers fault, its the players.
I happen to think the midfield should shoulder the blame for the predicament that we're currently in.
They're providing little or no cover for the defence, and creating very little for the forwards. Obiang isnt the world class defensive midfield her was being touted as, he has been shocking this season. Kouyate sweats alot, so it looks like hes putting a shift in, but in reality he's a headless chicken who technique is on par with a birds football.
Add in to the mix Mark Noble can no longer cut it at this level and there you have it, our 3 first choice midfielders arent good enough, and all 3 need replacing in January if we're to even look like staying up.

Totally agree Darby. He wasn't our choice but he has been in charge for 3 weeks! Hopefully he can do bring in a couple of players in the transfer market. Wishful thinking!

Spot on. And I would normally say a manager has at least a transfer window for innate problems to be addressed. Though in this case I'd have to say if we pick up no more points between now and January 1st it would test that principle!!!

I see that people still think that a manager walks into a club, waves a magic wand and the players start playing brilliantly again.
The team has been in decline for the last three seasons. It's organisation are fitness were some of the worst in the league when Bilic was sacked and its confidence was shot. You can't just turn that around in a day.
The longer Moyes has the team, the more he's responsible for results, but it takes time to turn around a mismanaged team.

Forwards are generally more expensive than other positions, that's a given in the current climate. Has there been too much focus on forwards? Often I'd say yes but I feel there has also been a chronic mismanagement of the striking position. We are reliant on crocks and proven failures and the only forward we bought is physically unsuitable for the premier league.
I maintain there is nothing cheap about the way any area of our squad is being maintained. That's the problem - it's way too expensive for what we've ended up with. That's the main reason we are languishing as a club.

He hasn't done much different. Unfortunately for Moyes he has taken over a Bilic Team which is already shot. Not sure what miracles he or any manager could do with those players.

Again the owners are shown up as fucking idiots. If they were going to sack Billic it should have been in the summer, and they should have replaced him with someone who could take the club forward med - long term.
Now they have been forced into playing their only trump card early, but instead of a bright young manager to take us forward they appointed Moyes, the depressive negative dinosaur on an initial 6 month deal.
If as is looking likely there is no bounce and upturn then they will sit and watch us go down as they won't sack him or back him properly as they won't sack two managers mid season and won't want to give a dead man walking proper funds.
I'm done with all 3 of them, absolute horrible clowns!

From the moment Cresswell wanted that age he takes to get a ball down to then step back to hit it whilst it is then easily blocked/deflected by the on coming defender that WAS quite some distance away......
I knew Moyes is doing NOTHING better.
It was further compounded by Kouyate's non interested attempts at closing down and easily being sent the wrong way on a consistent basis same with 'Arnie'
